Get Max Salary

 1. For Top 1st Salary

- Select * from Emp order by salary desc limit 1 

- Select Max(Salary) from Emp order by salary

2. For Top 3rd Salary

- Select * from Emp order by salary desc limit 1 OFFSET 2
